Do Not shop in here!
We encounter two issues with this store in less than one month. First, one of the staff members was rude, and unprofessional. We asked her for her name and she responded: "I have no name!" I cannot believe they have people like that holding a job! Also, last Friday 5/21/21 I went to returned something, I was on the line for 45 minutes and the power went out on the store only.
Worse service/ no help to people with disabilities
I waited 35 min to get in and 45 to pay. The store isn’t practicing social distancing. Also I asked for help cause I had ankle surgery and he said do the line like everyone else.
Tardiness
This store is always running late for opening time. It says it’s open at 11 but it was 1130 and no employees insight. The entire mall was already open for business except this store which had a long line of customers waiting outside. Awful !
Worse zara store ever
Save your time and energy and go to another zara !!!
THE STAFF
I CALLED TO CHECK ON A ORDER. They TRANSFERRED 7 TIMES AND HOLDING FOR 17 MINUTES ON 11/2/17.
This IS UNACCEPTABLE.
