Zara - Houston, Texas 77024 - Memorial City Mall

Zara became my go to shopping store in the mall since the beginning of this year.

I had a negative experience at your store involving staff. I was waiting on female friend in women department after we was ready to make purchase I was confronted by security and asked to leave the store and their reason was that I was harassing customers. To my surprised I asked who accused me of such actions they were unable and failed to give reason. My female friend was able to make purchase in spite of the humiliation I experienced. I was in turned was asked to leave the store. I have been a long time customer with Zara and the actions of female white staff was over reacted and because I am African American it was a personal attack on my character and present. I was embarrassed and anger over this incident. The staff failed to offer explanation and even prevent from interacting after they called security. Pleaae review your camera to further support my position the time was around pm on Sat Feb 13 at your Memorial store. I will be seeking legal counseling concerning this matter.
