Unprofessional Security
Security guards are extremely un friendly …coming from a Federal law enforcement background these folks do not act professionally in the course of their duties. They intimidate frequent shoppers as though they are shoplifters by using poor profiling and patrol methods, every other day I exercise at this mall and do a little shopping with my girlfriend, and every time I leave this mall I am followed out by one of their patrol vehicles. That's what happens I guess when you have poorly trained security officers in a high crime area, they become cynical and treat everyone like suspects.
