On 9-21-19 myself and my family visited Concord Mills Mall to do some light shopping. I parked about 20yds from the security tower at Bass Pro and Best Buy stores. We did our shopping and returned to my truck Which was and always is locked.We noticed aConcord Officer was doing a report at another Ford truck a row over. There were 3 men standing behind my truck. We went to a local resturant to eat and went home.On arrival home we found out that our things that were in 2 back packs were gone. While parked in view of the security tower with lite parking at 2:00pm. Someone popped the lock on my truck and stole aconsiderable amount of value out of my truck. We made a police report to the Concord PD whom were very kind, but our things are gone. The man 2 rows over had also been robbed. The moral of this story is to protect your stuff ,because there is a ring of theives working Concord mills parking lot and security of your vehicle is a joke. I am writing this so no-one else has to go through this problem. This Mall needs more roving security. I think this would help. Thanks!
